1. The sale is valid from 25th Nov, 1.30 pm IST till 2nd Dec 2020, 6 pm IST.
  2. This sale is valid for USD and GBP currency only, for orders shipped outside of India across most of the Home, Bed & Bath, Spa, Kids, and Apparel products. Read the description and pricing of each product carefully before purchasing.
  3. No other offer or discount can be clubbed with a sale order. 
  4. All valid gift cards can be redeemed.
  5. Cerise points (Loyalty) can neither be earned nor redeemed on International orders.
  6. Due to an increase in the volume of orders during this time, the delivery time of your order(s) placed online will vary. Please bear with us and reach out to our customer care for any assistance. 
  7. During the sale, we will not be able to provide the services of special packaging or gift wrapping.
  8. We will not be able to process any previous or current order cancellation, order amendment, and change in shipping or billing address during this period.

  10. For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a refund will be initiated within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation.

  13. All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer. Please refer to our shipping policies for more details.
  14. It’s our endeavor to ensure smooth online operations. However, during this period, in case of any technical challenges faced, our Customer Care Team will assist you accordingly.
  15. Shipping charges on all orders irrespective of the order values is flat $30 per order.

1. If I have received a damaged item during this Sale, would you offer to replace this item?

– We will offer a replacement of the same item if we have available stocks at the time. Otherwise, we will offer you a refund of the same value within 15 days of your raising the concern with us.

2. If I place an order now, can you arrange the delivery after a period of time?

– As long as the payment is made at the time of placing an order, we can ship it at a later time if the request is feasible for us.

3. Can I place an order for items that are not in stock?

– You can click on the “notify me” options and we will keep you duly informed. you will not be allowed to place an order for items that are currently not in stock.

4. Can I cancel my order, or can I change the size/items I have ordered during the Sale?

– we do not provide the option of canceling or modifying any orders during sale.

–This sale is only for Ecom and for USD and GBP currencies only, not for INR.

2. Will you replenish your stock before the end of the Sale?

– Replenishing stocks for the Sale is an ongoing process and happens as the need may be at a location.

3. Can I redeem E-Gift Cards during the Sale?

– Yes, you may certainly redeem E-Gift Cards online during the Sale.

4. Can I return or exchange sale items?

– we do not have a return or exchange policy for sale items that have been delivered as per the order placed.

5. Will you reduce the prices at the end of the Sale?

– We may revise the price of any product at any point in time. Please stay tuned every day for special offers.

6. Can you arrange the delivery on priority or expedite delivery?

 – We always try to deliver the order at the earliest, but we would not be able to accommodate any special requests during the sale period
