DELIVERY AND CHARGES
We offer free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 80. Orders below SGD 80 will incur a delivery charge of SGD 8.
You should receive your order within 7-10 working days from the date of your order confirmation. You will also be notified in advance of your delivery and tracking details via SMS and/or email from our delivery partners once your order has been dispatched.
The delivery timelines specified are only estimates and may vary during peak festive periods. We endeavour to minimise any potential delays to ensure that your orders always reach you on time. However, we will not be responsible for any delays caused due to unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or where the delays are caused by our delivery partners.
A delivery failure may occur in the event that the address that you have provided us is
incorrect or inaccurate. Please ensure that you have entered or selected the correct delivery address when placing your order as once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to amend the delivery address and destination.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Please note that items sold on sale or discounted prices are not eligible for return and refund but may be exchanged for damage/faults subject to the exchange terms specified above.
ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASE
We do our best to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest standard and quality. Nevertheless, as most of our products are handmade, minor variations in the colour, print, and sizing should be expected.
All sales of our items are final. However, if you receive a product that is defective, you may exchange the item or return it to us for a full refund.
To request for a return/exchange for this reason, please contact us with your return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order and include images of the defect/damage in your exchange or return request.
All items returned to us for an exchange or refund must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and tags. Items should be sent to us within 5 business days from our confirmation of your request.
Shipping and any related costs relating to the return will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable service to return your order to us and provide us with the tracking details, where possible, to ensure a smooth and secure return. We will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit during the returns process.
Once a return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns criteria. If these criteria are met, we send you an email informing you of the approval and initiation of your refund. We reserve the right to reject any request for a refund if the item fails our returns inspection.
Kindly note that any shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, and you will be refunded value of the items returned only.
Please allow at least 14 working days from our receipt of your returned items for your refund to be processed. Do note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
You may exchange an item in your order for the same item of a different size/specification, or for any item of a similar value. The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours from the receipt of the delivery. Where a different item of a lower value is requested for an exchange, we will refund the difference between the original item and the exchanged item to the original payment method.
While we do our best to honour all exchange requests, these will be subject to the availability of the item or the size/specification requested. Where an exchange request cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the value of the item to you to the original payment method.
